Warranty Terms and Conditions

Installation Work: Installation of aluminum and glass works is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of acceptance, except where damage occurs due to vandalism, accidents, theft, acts of God, self inflicted damage, or any window/door which has been repaired or modified by any person other than Leicorv Aluminum and Glass.

Product Warranty: The installer’s warranty shall apply to all defects in material and workmanship that would render this product unfit for its normal and recommended use and service, except damage due to vandalism, accidents, theft, acts of God, self inflicted damage, or any window/door which has been repaired or modified by any person other than Leicorv Aluminum and Glass. The manufacturer’s warranty is subject to a visual inspection to verify validity of claim.

However, our warranties do not cover scratches to the aluminum and glass surface made after installation. Our warranties also do not cover damage caused by improper care or use of harsh cleaners for the windows and doors.

Hardware Fittings: 1 year from turnover date after installation for parts and services
