Our lineup runs from XS (600 x 400 mm) — ideal for high bathroom transom or ventilation openings — up to S/M (800 x 800 mm / 1200 x 900 mm) for bedrooms and smaller living spaces, and L/XL (1000 x 1200 mm / 1500 x 1200 mm) for main facades and larger living rooms. Every size is kept in ready stock for fast pickup.
A slight variance in your rough opening — up to about 5 mm — is nothing to worry about. As long as shims hold the frame securely and a generous bead of sealant closes the gap without sagging inward, your Express Sliding Window will still achieve a proper, watertight fit.

Are Express Windows easy to install? Do they come fully assembled?
Yes! All Express Windows arrive completely pre-assembled with frames, glass, handles, and hardware ready for immediate installation into your masonry opening. They are designed to be DIY-friendly for anyone comfortable with basic hand and power tools, and every order includes a helpful instruction manual.
What is the rough opening requirement for the concrete wall?
We require that rough window openings be exactly 10 mm larger than the listed dimensions of your chosen windows. For the best results, please ensure the openings are fully finished before installation to prevent any damage or staining to the windows.
Are your windows typhoon-proof and waterproof?
Yes, all of our sliding and awning windows are completely watertight and built to withstand heavy tropical rains. Our awning windows go a step further, providing both airtight and watertight seals. Please note that while our jalousie windows are highly functional, they are best installed under a roof overhang to prevent water intrusion during heavy storms.
Do they provide good sound insulation against street noise?
While our weather-stripping provides a good seal, our Express line is not specifically engineered for high sound dampening.
What materials are used for the frames and glass?
Our frames are made from solid 1 mm thick aluminum with a durable powder-coated finish (available in elegant black or classic white). As a standard, all Express Windows are securely fitted with 6 mm thick clear ordinary glass.
Will the frames rust in high-humidity or coastal areas?
No! Because our windows are constructed from aluminum with plastic and stainless-steel accessories, there are no parts susceptible to rust. The powder-coated frames provide an excellent added layer of protection against corrosion.
Do the windows come with insect screens?
We offer an optional, built-in screen mesh as a convenient add-on for all windows in our Express line. For our Sliding windows, every frame includes a dedicated track so a sliding insect screen can be easily added at any time.
How fast can I get my windows?
We keep all standard sizes in ready stock! Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed, packed, and ready for pick-up in just 2 to 3 days.
Do you offer delivery, or is it pick-up only?
At this time, we do not offer in-house delivery services. All Express Window products are available for convenient pick-up directly from our warehouse located in Baesa, Quezon City. Customers must arrange and shoulder the cost of their own delivery logistics.

What latch or lock system is included?

What type of rollers/wheels are used in the track to ensure smooth sliding without sticking?
They are fitted with durable plastic rollers designed to glide smoothly without sticking. To maintain this effortless slide, simply keep the tracks free of debris. For occasional deep cleaning or maintenance, the panels can be easily lifted out, giving you full access to the rollers and tracks.
Does the outer frame track have built-in weep holes to drain heavy rainwater outward during storms?
Yes! We've designed all Express Sliding windows with built-in weep holes in the outer frame track to efficiently drain heavy rainwater outward during storms.
Does the frame come with a dedicated 3rd track or channel for sliding insect screens?
Yes! Every Express Sliding window frame includes a dedicated track specifically for sliding insect screens. We offer an add-on screen option for all new orders. Additionally, if your initial order comes without a screen, your window can easily be fitted with one at any time in the future.
How does the sliding mechanism benefit tight rooms where exterior/interior swing space is limited?
Our sliding mechanism is perfect for tight rooms or areas with limited space, as the panels slide neatly to the side and do not require any extra interior or exterior space to swing open.
Is standard single-glazing glass provided, and is it shatter-safe or tempered?
The Express Windows line comes standard with our reliable clear ordinary glass. Please note that any modifications, such as requesting tempered or shatter-safe glass, are considered custom orders and will require a custom fee as well as an extended lead time.
How well does the sliding weather-strip seal reduce street noise?
While our weather-stripping provides a good seal, the Express Windows line is not specifically engineered for high sound dampening. For concerns about outside noise, we offer our more premium line of custom doors and windows.
If a builder's rough opening is slightly off by 5 mm, can these standard sliding frames still be shimmed and sealed properly?
Yes, a slight deviation from the recommended spacing is perfectly fine. As long as shims are used to hold the frame securely to the wall, a generous bead of sealant will easily cover the gap and ensure a proper, watertight fit. Just keep in mind that this slight deviation is only acceptable if the sealant does not sag inwards, which would indicate that the gap is too wide to support a reliable seal.
